By opting in to receive text messages from Denim Revival (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following SMS Terms & Conditions.

Customers give verbal consent to Denim Revival to opt in to text messaging. When customers are being registered for the first time, staff members ask whether they would like to opt in to SMS-based transactional and informational messages. Customers are informed that no mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties, message and data rates may apply to messages sent, message frequency may vary, and that the client can reply with HELP for more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Customers are shown the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, and once customers give verbal consent, they are asked to send a text message with the keyword START to Denim Revival’s service number to complete opt-in.

By opting in, you may receive SMS messages including, but not limited to:

- Service updates and business information

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Denim Revival is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving or sending text messages.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Denim Revival unless you re-opt in.
